Can I preview my CV before paying?

Yes — the live preview is always free. A watermark is shown on the preview and removed from downloaded files.

What payment methods are accepted?

All major credit/debit cards via Stripe, PayPal, and where supported, Apple Pay and Google Pay. 15 currencies available.

What formats do I receive?

Both PDF (print-ready A4) and DOCX (editable Word file) for one payment. Files are generated fresh at download time.

Can I edit the downloaded Word file?

Yes. The DOCX is fully editable in Microsoft Word 2016+, Google Docs, and LibreOffice.

How ATS-friendly are the templates?

All templates score 94–99% on standard ATS scanners. Nordic Minimal scores highest at 99%.

Are templates 1 and 2 based on real CVs?

Yes. Academic Classic and Academic Modern are faithful replicas of real Erasmus Mundus researcher CVs, used as design references.

Is my data stored?

CV data is stored only in your browser session — never permanently on our servers. We do not sell or share your data.

Can I return and edit later?

Progress is auto-saved in your browser session for up to 2 hours. If you clear browser data or switch devices, your data is gone — download when ready.

My download link expired — what now?

Links are valid for 60 minutes. Contact us via the Contact page if yours expired and we will help you re-download at no charge.

Do I need an account?

No account is required. Fill the form, pay, download — no sign-up.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Full refund within 7 days if the downloaded file is unusable. See our Refund Policy for details.

Are CVPro products ad-free?

Yes. CVPro products are completely ad-free. No ads, no paid promotions inside the tool.
